Monday thru Friday 8am-6:30pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday Closed.

Treatment for pests include: bats, bees, birds, butterflies, lice, mites, mosquitoes, rats, mice, raccoons, gophers, crickets, spiders, bed bugs, cockroaches, silverfish, ticks, wasps, food/fabric pests, moths, beatles and fleas.
Where can I learn more about pests and termites as to understand better?

    Do you offer payment terms to pay for work completed?
    Yes, we offer 30 day terms to remit payment for customers already on ongoing service plans. In addition, we offer prepayment discounts for our annual plans.
    How do you determine the cost for annual termite inspections?
    Simply, the price depends on the square footage of your premises and type of structure.
    May I pay with personal or business check?
    Yes, we also accept credit cards, business checks and money orders.
    What is the average lead time to get an appointment for you to come out?
    Usually, we are able to service our customers next business day when our/your schedules permit. Most appointments occur 2-3 days post scheduling.
    When are the optimal times to spray for termites?
    Now is the time! Since termites cause such immense damage to your structure, preventative maintenance is vital for protecting your home or business.
    If I have a termite Home Protection Plan and additional treatments are needed, does it cost me anything?
    No, there are no additional costs for treatments when you have a Home Protection Plan and re-treatments are complimentary as needed between annual visits.

    Do you do termite inspections for new home purchases or when I am selling my house?
    Yes, we do offer termite inspections for property that are in escrow, as well as routine pest and termite inspections and remediation outside of real estate sales/purchase.
    Should I worry about harmful affect on my kids or family after you spray?
    Absolutely not. We utilize the latest, environmentally friendly approaches which, in some cases, require you to vacate the house for 1-2 hours post spraying.
