We're visiting our daughter in Irvine and happened to be at her house when Isaiah Chairez from The Bugman visited for the annual inspection.

Isaiah was courteous, professional and went the extra mile to explain to us what he was doing. We mentioned that we thought we heard scratching in the attic crawl space and he took the initiative to climb up to the second floor, detach the exterior grate, inspect, set traps and then re-secure with new set of screws.
